This programme allows you to create a variety of Family Tree Charts including Ancestor, Descendant, Fan, a Close Family Chart and an ' All in One Chart'.

In order to get a chart printed from this programme you will need to create a pdf file (preferred option) or a jpeg if you take this last choice we would need to know the size of your original chart.

the pdf export screen you need to ensure that you have saved the chart to one page not several pages . Please also check that the size of the chart shown in diagram properties matches the size of your original chart . Unfortunately it is not easy to work out the size of your chart :

You can configure chart options temporarily to print on multiple pages and then FTB will indicate visually how many pages the chart will take, giving a good idea regarding size. Another option is to save the chart to PDF and view its dimensions in adobe reader. If printed at 100% that is the output size.

To save your chart you need to click on the disc symbol which is just above the picture, there does not appear to be an easy way of calculating the finished size of your chart apart from counting A4 pages. At the bottom of the screen almost directly below the disc symbol is a small box showing the number of pages that your chart will cover, the basic A4 sheet is approx 8" x 12" this chart is 15 pages (5x3) so it is approx 40" wide (5x8") by 36" high (3x12").
