HOW TO GET YOUR CHART PRINTED FROM

2. Under the file menu select the option to save as and the screen shown will be displayed, save your chart as a .vch file but make sure that you remember the name and location of the file. Send me a copy of this file

1.Complete your chart with all the details that you wish to include including colours photographs etc.

3. To find the size of your chart click on tools in the menu bar, then diagram and finally diagram measurements where you will see the size of your chart.

4.If you would like me to construct your chart you need to

follow the directions from the file menu to export a GEDCOM file.

5. Send your file and full instructions to
